Constraints:
Woke up thinking about the Bikram sequence.
Wanted to maintain at least a 6:9 breath
And focus on the play using hip rotation and tailbone action to create length on the inside and outside lines of my body.
So resulted in a slow deep investigative practice with pedestrian postures.
