Soft Vinyasa Yoga, Saturday 9am

Lots of laughter lately in class. Easy connections and gentle teasing. Still moving towards understanding this notion of feeling supported. Playing with it by relaxing down through the arches of the legs and translating it towards handstand.

I am enjoying myself. And it seems like peeps are getting it.
