Summary: The last 2 days have been mostly about helping the peeps find new and exciting ways to push their own asana practice. So today we assisted each other in handstands and worked on personal scorpions and drop overs. Showed shoulder stand alignment, adjustments and set up. We wrapped up with a love circle and broke.
