Wednesday Yoga Basics, June 20; 5:15pm

I was delighted to have the opportunity to dial in the breath in a totally new way. I think it was one of the best classes I have ever taught. So simple and so basic but super clear.

Opening
Supine 3 Part Breath Awareness

Easy Spinal Twist

Seated Cross Legged Forward Fold and Spinal Twist

Cat/Dog on all Fours
Childs Pose
Half Dog
Rocket Cat
Plank
Down Dog
Childs
(Repeat, but take to standing after 2nd Dog)

More Breath Awareness
(Specifically around anatomy of breath)

Shoulder Openers and Neck Stretches
(Strap Work and Cannonball)

2 Rounds of Lunges with Low Cobras and Childs Pose
(A little practice stepping forward from Dog)

Bridge Pose 2x with emphasis on really feeling from the breath

Hand to Big Toe Pose
Reverse Pigeon

Spinal Twist

Savasana
