An old pal of mine from college showed up. Kevin Madden. So awesome to see him. He had to leave early which I was bummed about cuz I would have liked to catch up more. I think he is a Dr. down in LA and works with kids. He looks wonderful and kind as ever. He is married to the daughter of a sweet woman Judy who comes to class.

The class had such a tender vibe today. Quiet and open. We did a similar sequence as on Saturday, focusing on the lines of tadasana towards Warrior 3 and the idea of balance towards bakasana. The speaking points were on learning how to look instead of fix.
