Sweet Vinyasa 8:30am Monday

High energy.  Lots of great breathing.  Still messing around with Swamp Monster/Cactus.  Moved towards Bakasana and Sirsasana 2 Play.  A little rushed cuz did not get to it till we were 20 minutes from the end, but felt like a good rough draft.
