The group was sleepy and quiet.  I ended up pushing it a little.  That was a mistake cuz I feel exhausted now, so I assume it was because of the over efforting.  Breathing into Back of Body.  Same Swamp Monster/Cactus Play towards Bakasana and Sirsasana 2.
