I did not record the sequence yesterday after teaching, so there is no way I can do it now. I am pretty sure we continued to play with creating the tension points and then relaxing in them.
Using lunges to dial in leg points of focus
Hammock/Horse/Side Splits/Squat/Low Lunge Sequence
We used the ideas to make our way to:
Supine Splits
Bridge with Leg Lifts
The sequencing and the cuing felt really good today.
I am teaching totally differently just before the crib, so that is always fun.
Cuz I am tested to move with what is new and fresh and possibly a little raw or serve up stale bread...
