I did not record the sequence when I got home, so this is a best guess.

Opened with Supported Heart Opener on Bolster to get breath understanding.

Moved to using lunge sequence to geek out on leg lines so that as we made our way to baby backbends, there was some integrity.

Unwound with Hip Openers.
