Yoga Basics Monday, 5:15

1 with a really messed up back. 20 years of skating injuries, martial arts injuries, car and motorcycle wrecks. He arrived in pain and is always in pain. He has never been to a doctor.
He arrived early so we had a little time to talk, and agree to meet 1:1. I kept the class spacious to be able to connect with him and offer alternatives and modifications.
