Sweet Vinyasa 8:30am Monday

Similar sequence as we have been playing with.  Moved towards forearm balance, but instead of checking in the arm balance, used the shoulder work towards upward facing bow pose, aka wheel.  That was super effective.  Several people commented that they went up much easier today. Talk was on the latest points.  The holding pattern of love tension.
