Soft Vinyasa, Saturday 9am

Played with similar actions in legs and belly as we have been doing.  Creating the memory of tension to be able to access it for support.  Today, however, we moved towards forearm balance using a lot of props.  So that was new and kind of fun.  I liked the pace today.  There seemed to be plenty of time for explanation and experimentation.  Talk on the tension of our early impression of Love.
