Took advantage of the unusually intimate group.  Got geeky about specific issues that seemed to be affecting individuals.  A lot of focus on the ujayyi pranayama and the play of subtle currents. More lecture than usual about the theories.  Eventually we move to frog using blankets to open our hips more.
