Sweet Vinyasa 8:30am Wednesday

Same theme.  Using Tadasana to get clear on the intelligence of the spine.  Less effort to figure it out, more attention to moving from the central intelligence.  This sequence is a work in progress.  I think I am making sure everyone is tapping into this and then I will be taking it to headstand and other postures.  Right now it's a little slow, but incredibly effective.  The alignment that is resulting is amazing.
