Yoga Basics, Wednesday 5:15 pm

Focus on drawing inward towards Spine.  Allowing that to be the guide and feedback mechanism.

Opening
Passive Backbend on 2 Blocks
Easy Cross Legged Side Stretch
Forward Fold over Crossed Legs

Cat/Cow
Barrel Rolls
Childs
1/2 Dog
Plank
Dog

Uttanasana
Roll up to Standing

Block between Legs as we did the following:

Side Stretch
Forward Fold Shoulder Stretch
x 2

Wise Guy Neck Series

Release Block and find Tadasana
Focus on Spine as develop Ujayyi Breath

Standing Poses
Triangle Pose x 2
with PP inbetween

Little Tree
Tree

Closing
Seated Ajna Chakra Meditation
(seated vajrasana on two blocks to allow spine to be long and easy on back and knees)

Note: this was really well received.  Peeps found a centering and a quiet that they had never had found.

Restorative with bolster behind neck and strap around legs to create 1/2 butterfly
