When i am teaching the same thing across classes, i learn how to play the intensity levels better. It's like a rif that i playing with in different keys and environments.  Stuff I do in basics seeps into the Vinaysa and vice versa.  The Basics classes get a little harder and the Vinyasa classes get a little bit easier...eventually I assume the will merge and then split again.
