I am transitioning into a new container. The talking points seem to be around the yamas and the niyamas, external rules and internal guidance and how to discover choicelessness. WE talked about Right Alignment and the Bhagavad Gita. The sequence today was similar to Wednesday with neck and shoulder and hip work and the "peak pose" as cow face. This made me feel that a Hatha Yoga Pradipika Pose Workshop might be fun.
