Sweet Vinyasa Yoga, Monday @ 8:30am

Just home from a 4 day personal retreat at the beach. I mostly swam, sat and did some yin yoga. So teaching a vinyasa class felt a little funny this morning. The talk came from an insight during my retreat. We are here to enjoy our life.
