Similar as lately. Play with Shoulders to then allow for enough space of individual exploration towards headstand, forearm balance or handstand. This sequence gives me a lot of space to be available for individuals which i really like. Dharma centered around creating the space and ease with which to slign and allow the slogan of today to become true for you.
