Repeat Swan other Side and Sit
Wide Leg Forward Fold or Frog, 5 minutes
Sphinx or Seal, 5 minutes
Roll onto Backs
Eagle Spinal Twist, 5 minutes
Repeat Twist and Rest
Sit with svadishthana and ajna chakra meditation.
