1:1 Monday

This client is so amazing to me.  After just the simplest breathing exercise, her eyes turn bright and moist and blue again.  She arrived bummed cuz she had gained 6 pounds over the holidays.  So spontaneously, we ended up playing with some fun seated balances and standing poses to help her feel lighter.  

Opening
Supine over a bolster with attention to breath.
