Light and Open Group.  Was not sure what we were going to do at all when we started.  Ended up working on Hips and Twists.  I must be prepping for Flying Lizard Pose cuz those were the spots we were working.  Introduced a few new/old poses including 1/2 box twist and "cow tipping".
