(This was such an interesting moment cuz she guided us to the breath of fire and then when we came to sitting, she was so dialed in, it did not feel right to move her. My mind kept trying to convince me that we should do more asana, but my body and feeling was to allow us to simply sit in the effects. This was a very cool learning moment)

The 1:00 showed up with a very specific mischief in her leg. This was a bit trickier, cuz my sense was that there was nothing really much to do for the leg, so much as create a sense of safety for her to relax. But we worked on the leg and I tried to do the other.
