Sweet Vinyasa 8:30am Monday

26 is a lot of people in our little studio.  I arrived feeling the wall pattern theme still but that was not an option.  I had so much fun in this class but eric, my husband said that i talked too much especially at the end.  Pretty much guaranteed, a yoga teacher is teaching what she needs to learn and  i got a bit carried away today.  No real over riding posture theme.  Moved towards Dhanurasana.
