Its a vacation week for the kids so the moms are away. Seems like we are going to be taking all this leg work and balance work and breathing down the back of the body towards headstand play. Did not really have enough time for that today. Only started to taste it as a suggestion. Theme was breathing down the back of the body. Moved towards Half Moon Pose and allowed Dhanurasana to be the main backbend. Talking points around the process of learning how to look and see and feel.
