I did not record the class sequence today.
Most likely very similar to what we did on Monday, the 13th and Saturday the 18th.
It's been hot in Ojai so we have been doing balance postures and easy inversions, leaving out the heating vinaysas.
Sutra 1.1 and 1.2 are the main talking points lately.
