Soft Vinyasa, Saturday 9am

Felt so easy and loose this morning.  The group felt so at home and easy.   The Talk spoke towards the Target theme.  Emphasis on catching the current of the gracious channel.

Sit with very little instruction.
(I realized being guided last night by Arturo that I get annoyed when I am over guided in meditation, so I need to take my own feedback).
