Yoga Basics, 5:15pm Wednesday

12 Peeps.

Again, forgot to write the sequence.
Which is too bad cuz it felt really fresh and surprising in its presentation.

One of the interesting places was having new older gentleman in class with all women.  Playing with meeting his needs while still meeting their expectations and needs.

I am pretty sure the pattern was something like:

Cross Legged Seated Opening with Sacrum Play
Easy Side Bend
Slumpy Dandasana
Chest Press Dandasana

Transition to All Fours
Plank
Dog x 2 with Child's Pose in between
Uttanasana
Roll to Standing

Tadasana
Ujayyi Breath

Easy Lunge Salute Pattern 2 Rounds

Warrior 2 Play with PP and Tadasana (2 Rounds)

Little Tree
Tree

Transition to Squat
Mouse Pose (first time ever in this class)

Roll onto Backs

(at this moment I remember thinking we were prepping for some seated forward folds, but it changed)

Eye of Needle
Hamstring Stretching with Strap
(both sides)

Bridge Pose x 2
Easy Spinal Twist

Knees to Chest

Savasana
