On Sundays we have been playing with linking the poses more.  Opening the front channels with Lunge Salutes, inner and outer leg lines with Warrior 2 Dance Sequence and then tasting lunge salute patterns to Standing poses.  All along tending to the alignment cues of Tadasana throughout.
