Thank goodness for the container of teaching. It allows such a witnessing. Today we played with connecting some of the elements of Visvamitrasana without moving all the way to the pose. Opening the side waist, balancing on one arm, sinking a little deeper in the hip. Really more of a workshop kind of a approach, but i had fun testing it out. The talk was on the question, "How are You?"
