I tried to teach class today.  Which is never a good start.  My ear hurts like crazy and I am focused on my own inner work.  And Tilak from ihanuman was there to practice and then interview me.  Oh well.  The work continues.  There was no real focus.  Bit of a hodge podge.  Play with opening the feet and using the belly in standing poses.  I am hedging towards a will and foot connection.
