Yogathon Class

Tina of Yoga Jones and her crew held a Yogathon on Saturday to raise funds for Kids Art of Ventura.  I was asked to teach at.  I rarely venture out of my home in Ojai, Calif.  And I could tell that I was a little nervous about what was going to happen.  But as usual the most wonderful open sweet group of yogis showed up and I had the chance to fall in love with a new group of people.

One couple brought their 5 year old son who entertained us the entire class.

I had no idea what I was going to teach.  I was surprised at what was offered.  I was stronger than I usually teach at night.  I am recalling this 22 hours later, so it will be close.  Weaved in sutra 1.33.
