Soft Vinyasa, Saturday 9am

9 peeps
This class has been brimming with close to 30, so it was fun to have a more intimate group.  The mind loves to wonder "why".  It especially loves to try to fgure out what you did wrong to send everyone away.  haahaha.  The smaller group allows for spontaneity and newness.  Without the expectation and momentum of the large group, we can create new paths.

D requested hamstrings and calf and leg and feet stuff.  So we went with it fully.  This is not a vinyasa class.  It is geeky and technical and about opening the connective tissue and moving stagnant prana.

(I am writing from memory on Sunday, so might not be totally 100% accurate).
