I must have been distracted with my teacher Uma.
Most likely we were opening the heart, and bringing awareness to the tailbone and balancing the two.

- I am lucky enough to live in Ojai, California. We have a yoga studio, Lulu Bandha's which offers good old fashioned yoga and hosts our annual yoga gathering the Ojai Yoga Crib at the end of October every year.
