Moved towards Upward Facing Bow Pose. An unusual destination for Stiff White Guys, but the intimacy of the group encouraged me. So we checked in the memory of the heart and tailbone actioning away from each other. We connected with the stability of the legs and checked in the actions of the shoulders. Almost everyone went up!
