One of the women called in sick and another had been up all night with her sick dog. At the break the woman who joined us last minute let me know that she needed to drop out. These are the moments that are delightfully revealing of our attachments. Thank goodness I had a plan and I pretty much stuck to it.

Discussion on Asana
the Sutras of the Asana
Assigned reading in Book on the Process of Asana and "Guidelines" for instructing asana as well as the Asanas of the Hatha Yoga Pradipika. Also, because we got into a discussion on Hatha vs Raga Yoga, I assigned the Yamas and the Niyamas Reading.
Finished with AUM Play.
