Yoga with My Brother 2

My brother says he has been practicing the breathing when he gets into bed at night.  He reports that it feels good but ends up energizing him.  Today when we got together, his breathing was awesome. He is a total natural.  As long as I explain it clearly and methodically he can do what I am suggesting immediately and well.

Today we worked on similar things as last session but I started to introduce a few more anatomical cues.
