Sweet Vinyasa 8:30am Monday

18 Peeps
Mostly Regular

I arrived thinking that we would do "something different" but I am still in the same theme.  Eric came today and gave me a hard time for not having a peek pose.  A destination pose gives reason for a class.  And my focus/theme is still on the spine and honing in on feeling at the root of the ajna chakra.  My talking points were rated as a bit jumbled.
