I arrived thinking that we would do "something different" but I am still in the same theme. Eric came today and gave me a hard time for not having a peek pose. A destination pose gives reason for a class. And my focus/theme is still on the spine and honing in on feeling at the root of the ajna chakra. My talking points were rated as a bit jumbled.
