Yoga Basics, Wednesday 5:15 pm

Goodness these classes are a stretch to teach at the end of the teacher training.  But while it is silly that I am teaching them, I learn so much from being right at the edge of exhaustion and teaching.  Its raw in a totally new way.  So only the hardy show up.
