Yoga Basics 5:15pm Wednesday

8 peeps
Very Mixed

I am getting in the mood for the teacher training that starts tomorrow and so my teaching tends to get a little technical and specific.  Instead of teaching a "class", I tend to teach more a "workshop," geeking out on specific details.  The group that showed up tonight has no rhythm together, so it felt a little disjointed but I learned a lot.
